First we must look into language as a concept, if we see each word as singluar meaning, then there is no double prediction, and in that way language is conceptually isolated from meaning. From this point we can explain that there is a lie and that there is reality, and we can also say that lies are perpetually interchangable into different truths.

There is an idea about "transitions" into other dimensions, usually concept-shattering ideas based on religious beliefs, the idea is that there is an external "event" that alters history, however, this "fourth dimension" exists alongside our experiences. In that sense, the "fourth division" is just basically another set of tracks in timelines, and that sense it is always there only that the prison is too advanced to escape.
