The doughnut, or 1-torus, is the topological surface of genus 1 that was chosen by God when he entered the first McDonalds to eat before He created
the universe. God really had no choice in selecting it from the menu because - you see - He has a sevenfold nature, needing, for example, seven days
to finish his meal, and, being a good mathematician and a friend of Heawood, whose conjecture He inspired, God realized that only a doughnut has the
right topology to stamp His signature on matter because any graph coloured on a 1-torus requires seven colours in order that no two simply connected
regions have the same colour:

This shape has manifested in theoretical physics as the 6-torus, its 6-dimensional counterpart, with which string theorists like myself, occasionally,
like to toy, although only I take it seriously because I happen to know that it is the right model for the 6-dimensional, compactified space predicted
by superstring theory. How do I know? Because it was described over a century ago in a form of remote viewing of the subatomic world:

when superstrings were described with uncanny accuracy, as explained here:

and proved in 1980 to be the constituents of quarks

- a feat that cannot even in the wildest dreams of debunkers be explained as the product of lucky guessing, cheating or hallucinations, as the
website linked to above proves beyond any shadow of doubt.
So the humble ring doughnut was, indeed, selected by God from the Divine Menu, when He entered the very first McDonalds, as the universal form taken
by the basic constituents of atomic nuclei. These basic particles are not quarks, as currently assumed by the Standard Model of particle physics, but
superstrings, composed of ten such vortex rings, each doughnut being a helical coil with 1680 circular turns, each of which winds seven times in
successsion around six progressively smaller circles, forming a 6-dimensional torus/ring doughnut.
