No a single Boeing 2707 was ever built, not even a test model. It was only ever a design concept that never got off the ground.

Answer in one word: no.

Closely examine the source of the info. If they claim something's "supreme cosmic secret" there's you a start. There is no such thing.

Cosmic is a NATO designation for TS information. You generally don't see a lot of really tightly held stuff like technical secrets in Cosmic, because it's something everyone and their dog has access to. That's more for troop disposition and the like.

But there IS no "supreme cosmic secret". If you had a UFO, it would be TS with a compartmentalization of some sort.

edit to add: Gordon Novel wrote a novel about this. I think I'm seeing the viral marketing for it.

This can never be proven but it is a possibility.

Another point I would like to add on this question, is that some reports from further back describe craft that are just so much different to anything that any military has around these parts, even these days. The characteristics of some these craft are also something which is, well, alien-like to us

With international cooperation or even without, of course. American engineers, British engineers, perhaps even holdovers from Operation Paperclip. The bizarre takeoff crash landing at British base Boscombe Down secured by the SAS in 1994 concerning either the Astra of the Aurora is enough alone to spark intrigue into the prospect.

Concorde? The Russian had "Concordski" that looked suspiciously, exactly the same as the British Concorde; they managed to win the "race" to a maiden flight, shame it kind of fell apart midair in a rather deadly way.

Then there's the Russian Shuttle that looks suspiciously, exactly the same as...

No they haven't, it makes for a great story though.....bit like religion.

This , in my opinion , is a continuation of the fairy tale / tall tale that was spread at the start of 1980s starting with the saucer crashes, captured aliens, underground bases and all the following fictions. they keep inventing more and more bizzare stuff to keep the crowd from getting bored, as roswell is getting old and captured aliens are dime a dozen.

the reality are these :

- There's no PROOF of ETH (extra terrestrial hypothesis). Those who already make up their mind that these are aliens and these are nuts and bolts (eg material and physical ships) will be the ones that fall into these stories. In fact the investigating scientist veers from ETH and more inclined to believe in EDH , which in other words saying these phenomena are not just physical but also psychical.

- Some people especially in US UFOLOGY intentionally spreading these stories for profit or for disinformation or just for prank (that goes on snowballing). The "Lunatic Fringe" of UFOLOGY are listed will well know members like Dean ,Lear, Lazar, Cooper and others who feeds on each other's fantasy and keep snowballing into more and more horrible science fiction.

- Goverment are gigantic beurocracy, even the most efficient arm that is the military. and they cannot keepsafe any secret. They are always should be viewed as incompetent other than malicious. The conspiracy of goverment usually to cover up their mundane mistakes and not some hidden crashed saucer and aliens working on underground base somewhere.

- Crashed saucer are not proven, it just a myth propelled into US Ufology. it is now a belief system far from scientific UFO investigation. Goverment secret operations usually (unofficially) covered as UFO events , like testing of prototype airplanes from skunk works, or recovery of crashed aircraft. What people dont know, people create myth around it..

- Reverse-engineer technology ? this actually is an insult to the great advancement of technology. Anyone who familiar with manufacturing hi-tech machine knows that it take massive contribution from lot of field and applied science to manufacture your final product. the micro motor that in your factory is produced by a company specializing on micro motors. the chips are produced by increasingly sophisticated miniaturization process. Going back to Aviation, there are multitude of knowledge just to make a plane, for example : Ben Rich (father of F117) started work as inlet engineer on lockheed spyplanes, there were other people handling structure, aerodynamics, avionics, hydraulics etc..

So basically these stories are more fantasy from the Lunatic Fringe of US Ufology. (The Term 'Lunatic Fringe' are not mine, it was known term to describe the massive belief system that ruin US UFOLOGY research and taking it from serious investigation into realm of fantasy).

There are not a single shred of evidence that these phenomena are Aliens and yet these people keep saying like it was true and now they keep reinventing more and more ridiculous stuff.

SIDE NOTE :

as for the F117 crash that someone said , i have to say you are way out of line saying those pilots as 'idiots'. Military aircraft crash happens all the time even in the best and most modern aircraft due to equipment failure or pilot error or any other factors. One reason F117 was taken out of secrecy was because there are few CFIT crashes happening on training flights at night.

this statement is false in so many points. you dont know aviation history and you arrive on wrong conclusion based on your wrong assumptions.

Supersonic Passenger Airliner are dictated by other factores like economic reality and noise problems. Witness concorde's limited flight path as to avoid noise problems (eg sonic booms).

look at your mobile phone for a second, see how many scientific branch of knowledge needed to make it in manufacturing. you should learn how applied science and manufacturing works. everything is built on other people's knowledge and process. Aviation history can be traced easily from balloons to wright bros to props and jets, it shouldnt be used again and again as an example for 'reverse engineering alien UFOs'. Next time you know we inherit Transistors from UFO crash -_-'

Grant Cameron is normally quite a balanced guy from what I know of him on radio/TV and even his web articles.

This article suggests that RAM Gravonics are implementing the following.

The first track is by near-term experimental development efforts. The second is through development of a film “Disclosure” to be shown to the President and the public regarding the truth about the abnormally secret reality of this technology, its off-world original creators, and its incredible (and easy to predict) Utopian effects on our entire civilization.This technology can end justifications for war and create a permanent condition of world peace for millennia to come. However, this inevitable portent is not well-received within the power circles of the world.

From what I can see with a quick net search the Chairman and CEO of the RAM Gravionics Group, is guy called Gordon Novel and the company pioneer technology in time control, gravity manipulation and free energy. He appears to have backgrounds in law, science and film making and intelligence (disinformation?).

What's it all about?

Is it a hoax, a plug for something, is he another Chase Brandon?

Eric Julien explained perfectly what it is all about. There was a script of a film project firstly called 'Kingdom Comes' for which Steven Spielberg had to be approached in order to make a trilogy in order to finance the development of a 'bird' called the Replication Alien Machine (RAM Project), all of this was due to be organized by the CIA (Ron Pandolfi). Without the profit fom the Trilogy Project (Kingdom Comes), this bird project couldn't have any money funding source.

Nevertheless, this RAM Project was based on a secret document Gordon Novel (died on October 4th, 2012) wrote to present it to Ronald Pandolfi, then Deputy-Director of the 'Science and Technology' Department of the CIA. This doc was named Supreme Cosmic Secret (SCS) that Julien released on November 27, 2012, on his blog via Scribd.

He even gives a link to discover his own briefing doc to the members of the CIA Sponsored RAM Project when he was one of the team member of the RAM Project.

But as he wrote to Gordon Novel, he wouldn't participate any more to this project if the script wouldn't be deeply changed here. As a matter of fact, the script didn't change and Julien resigned from that project...which no longer exists, as far as I know.

There's many times the money you'd raise with a film trilogy in the non-lineitem budget. They'd never bring in a film maker on a TS project to fund it.

it's not a question whether did they back engineer it or not, its waste of time. trillions of $ are being poured into these project for decades, it's naive to expect 'hard evidence' for such operations, but we know money is going somewhere..

so, yes, they almost certainly have this technology and they are flying this birds, i wonder if even phoneix lights was a huge military bird.

anyway, after 70 years of layers of lies, ridicule and murder they can't hide it no longer. but they are not going to give us these technologies (antygravity and free energy) until they are absolutely forced to do so. thus, we must figure it out oureselves and Gordon Novel work is important part of this, however he died in october last year and it seems impossible to buy or download his book "supreme cosmic secret", so does anyone have any new info on this?
