can any one tell me what this Tattoo means ? it is one of so called Tehreek-e-Taliban memeber. which was shot 17-12-2012 if he is a muslim then they are not allowed to wear Tattos i mean it,s against their religion, main stream media says he is from CIA , any thoughts ?

I don’t know what the tattoo means but I can tell you he is probably not a member of the CIA.

Tattoos are bad trade craft the created a visual identification mark, like a scare for example it makes it very easy to identify someone based on a tattoo. Just because tattoos are against Islam does not mean that a fighter would not have tattoos, drinking is also prohibited yet m any of them drink alcohol. Also many fighters may have a western appearance, some have even be found to be American with no ties to the intelligence services.

With all that being said however I would like a source, where did you get this information.
