Imagine A World Without Street Lights...Karachi Car Crashes

So I was randomly looking at Youtube videos, and I came upon this one clip about car crashes in Karachi, Pakistan.

Now, in the western world we have street lights and although we aren't patient at a stop light, these lights allow us to be safe....unlike those in the middle east where streets lights are unkown.

It should look like this, replacing the parentheses with brackets:
