U.S. Terrorism Agency can Tap a Vast Database of Citizens without probable cause

The National CounterTerrorism Center can examine the government files of U.S. citizens for possible criminal behavior, even if there is no probable cause.

This government agency may apparently completely bypass due process and store records for up to 5 years. This organization doesn't need a warrant and hasn't any kind of oversight.

They will be sifting through your records looking for 'counter-insurgency activity,' supposedly with an eye to prevention.

All federal agencies in the US have turned terrorist.

Looking at the directions of both the entities (government and citizens) their energies are moving in opposite directions. If this pattern holds true to history there will be a peasant rebellion in the future. Really no way around it.
