I hate when your cat or dog gets out of the fence or something and these stupid people just assume they are stray and they just keep them.

Yeah, I understand that. My cat got lost about a year ago, and I'm betting some retard just decided to keep him! I still miss that cat!

I think he lives under my old apartment.

Seriously, dude had 5 cats, and that's after the Managers made him get rid of 7 or 8 others.

Guy liked kids too. Nice, but kinda creepy.
