Magician's Head Set on Fire in TV Prank

U.S. magician Wayne Houchin is recovering in a Dominican Republic hospital after a TV host lit his head on fire with a flammable liquid. Houchin was a guest on the Dominican Republic's "Approach the Stars" TV program Nov. 26 when, he says, host Franklin Barazarte unexpectedly poured flammable cologne on his head. A video of the incident shows the magician's head bursting into flames as Barazarte runs his hands over Houchin's hair.

Interesting story but I'm left a little confused.
How did the cologne ignite? Did he mean to set the guy's hair on fire or was that part an accident?

He looked to do it on purpose.
His hand gesture seemed to imply that this was part of some magic trick that had gone wrong.

Maybe the Magician just wasn't in on the trick, but it was definitely on purposeful act.

The TV host should have his pubies put on fire and see how he like it!

I saw that today on the news, crazy stuff. That was definately deliberate so the guy should be jailed for that. Pretty clever though for a pre planned jealous rage, or the firestarter was protecting his turf, either way he should go down for that one. Interesting means of assault for sure.

I thought it looked pretty intentional but totally crazy.

What kind of cologne did he use to make it go up in flames that quickly?
