We are forced to live by our decisions, we are stuck with our genetics, and we are controlled by our perception of life. This is the reality of the
world.
"All you who voted for something like a 'dream', are living in a dream... or must admit a desire to live in a dream."
That's what you American's voted for, 51% of you.
Consider this, "Everyone knows being an artist, is not the same as being a doctor. The artist may not make much money, but may have abetter chance at
finding happiness, where the doctor may have more money, but might not ever know happiness." The artist never blames the doctor for a lack of material
things. Because the artist remembers the day he chose art, over money. If you are not wealthy and/or happy, it's your choice. And if you are not happy
about other people's positions in society, do something to help them, not hurt them. Don't use the word "fair", Is your life not in your control?
"Never go to the Amazon and buy Jaguar jewelry, thinking you're helping the Indians."
Step up to the challenge of life, get rid of the word "fair". To say "its not fair", or "unfair" means you're disadvantaged, and that's a lie you keep
telling yourself. You are all powerful, and have lost the ability to objectively look at your own life...and so you think its not fair. Or everything
must be fair. Who is Darwin? Is nature fair?
Those that do not, or will not harness the energy from hard work and success, despite unplanned hurdles or new found circumstances, are depriving your
future of self-worth and strength. Strength comes with making something of your own, finding success in the little things, not taking from someone
else. Respect and dignity are slipping away along with the American dream.
Some of us will attempt to make it right for the others, but when we do, the word "fair" will be a four letter word. You will not get free school
because you're skin color, or enjoy the 'rights' claimed by other so called 'disadvantaged' groups. Tell the children in El Salvador, or a young man
in Sudan that its just not "fair".
