Do you mean if I made a fictional story with superhero characters or the like that it would protect me if I was trying to implicate known people?
This is something I am still nervous about.. that article I posted above seemed to say that if the general population saw the connection between our fictitious character and the real world one they could sue you.

I have never seen this movie but always got a a weird feeling just at the thought of the name, before anyone states the obvious from the film, let me explain that this 2005 film was released at a time for me when all felt innocent and perfect , yet somehow having just watched the trailer and hear its name "V for Vendetta" sparked a now engulfing flame that hungers to understand and question my humanity overall ( myself being, my life, who I and why).
Maybe no one else felt this way, hell for all I know this movie had nothing to do with any of these things but I will never forget the oddity of the feeling .
