Jimi Hedrix is Back !!

I just can't wait. He is immortal and here is the proof.

On March 5th, a collection of 12 previously unreleased recordings by Jimi Hendrix will see the light. People, Hell and Angels follows Hendrix in 1968 and 1969 as he works on material apart from the Jimi Hendrix Experience and suggests new, experimental directions.

Next, there will be a Jimi Look-Alike contest and he'll magically appear.

Hope the tracks are good and not just a publicity stunt. Or fake.

Hendrix did say that they would release stuff he'd recorded that was just toilet water swirling down a drain.

On the other hand, his masters did threaten him if he tried to publish stuff he believed in, that that wasn't what they'd bargained for. Much of his stuff, to me, was anticlimactic compared to when he was burning just right, so we'll see. Wish he'd just gotten into jazz/improv.

Jimi was/is the man. There can never be another. But there it's one guy here in AZ that has serious talent. If you like Jimi google Carvin Jones.
