I believe that gun camera and other military camera footage is transferred to a government black project agency and locked away.

Freedom of Information Act request is useless as it has to be sent to the right agency and likely even if you found the black project agency name to sent it to them, They would be informed and transferred the films to another black project and claim no knowledge of the films.
