According to Fox News, BP has agreed to pay the US Government $4.5B in criminal securities claims for the Deepwater Horizon Spill in 2010. And they're going to be allow to do this over a 5 year period. I live along the Gulf Coast and saw the damage first hand. I saw what BP's negligence did to harm the Gulf, the fisheries, the families, and the economy down here. $4.5B is a joke!
