Multiple Airplane accident's/incidents reported on RSOE

Looking at the site what is this about? It is my first time using this thing

In New Hampshire it says this

Biological Hazard Event date: 01.11.2012 04:43:05 Country: United States State: MultiStates Location:- [19 states]

Anyone more in the know with this "site" have any idea?

Small planes and inexperienced pilots often like to fly in the clear, stable air behind a cold front. The RSOE site always has tons of runway incursions, near-collisions, and landings that go wrong and block runways for some period of time. These are all daily occurences; you just never hear about them on the news. Even a handful of fatal single-engine private plane crashes are fairly common during any week.

You're probably seeing a slight uptick in the occurences right now while people are travelling for the 3 day weekend, flying recreationally behind the cold front, and taking advantage of a slight dip in gas prices.

I didn't go on the RSOE site just now, but I'm fairly certain this would be related to the Meningitis outbreak following the tainted steroid from New England Compounding Center Pharmacy. (NECC)

There have been several deaths and hundreds of people impacted across dozens of states. It has been a very big deal in the news for 3-4 weeks now.

Exactly. You have a long weekend, the weather changing so there's a lot of snow and ice on the ground, and general aviation, which already has a dubious safety record. Those are all bad combinations. If you really look into the GA safety record it's appalling at times, although it seems to come and go in cycles. They'll have a long period where they won't have many accidents at all, and then they seem to fall out of the sky for awhile.

RSOE reports are probably due to electronic's having problems.
Per HARP CME hit the upper atmosphere about 2 1/2 hours ago.
So i am sure it is having issues with the instruments while they are
in the air.

For the ones that just discovered RSOE, book mark it and keep it handy,
its a resource hog to have running in the background, but when you
need to find something out, its handy as heck

The map is showing plane incidents covering five days. This is not all live, and they are mostly incidents where no one was injured.

General aviation doesn't have nearly the training level as commercial aviation does. They tend to get themselves into a lot of trouble because they have more faith in their abilities than they should, which leads them into situations where something bad happens. Fortunately the vast majority of them lately have been hard landings, or accidents with minor injuries if any at all.
