i've heard the whole song and dance about the federal income tax being bogus, and that theres no actual law on the books that says you have to pay it...i've never had a chance to look into it, because while i like to read, i don't like to read THAT much..

as far as reserve notes go, you're correct, to a point..

reserve notes are more or less monopoly money, but they are monopoly money that you barter for goods and services. you earn the silly pieces of paper, and trade them for things you want and need. the items you buy with the monopoly money ARE yours, and i dare you to prove otherwise.

the thing people don't understand, is that the federal government only has as much power as we the people allow it to have. they are subordinate to us, not the other way around. unfortunately, people have been stupid, and allowed the tail to wag the dog for far too long. due to government programs specifically tailored to hurt the people, the possibility of a nationwide awakening is diminished.

50-60 years ago, the people would never have allowed the TSA, DHS, NDAA, Patriot Act, etc....back then, if the federal government had threatened impose a no fly zone over texas, and threatened to shoot down american airliners, the people would have been up in arms, and more than likely would have revolted against a federal government so audacious..

nowadays, it's tuesday...and that is truly sad..

You think you own what you buy with FRN's? Why don't you get the allodial title to your car? All you get is a certificate of title. And the state can take your car at any time.
And since FRN's are only debt script, how can you "buy" and "pay" for anything with debt. I think you need to study Public Policy and the Bankruptcy of United States in 1933.

OK...Why are all these states wanting to secede, when, in all actuality, the fact that Obama said he would not sign the NDAA act for months, and low and behold he had it changed to specifically state that us citizens can be detained indefinatly, without charges, And signed it on New Years Eve, probably when the ball was dropping in New York. (distraction??) And I won't even bring up what criteria determines if you are a terrorist. Just him signing the bill is an act of treason, and is an impeachable offense?? But yet, Clinton got impeached for having an affair??? If someone can explain to me why Obama is still in office, I'd greatly appreciate it. Also, him signing that bill should be viewed as an act of terrorism, so why can't we detain him indefinatly...Can you see the confusion here??

I would say it is rather obvious by your remarks that you believe the Government owes you something at the expense of everyone else.

The fact of this whole debate over secession is that the States have the RIGHT to pull out of the Union, under the 10th Amendment, if they believe that the Federal Government no longer is sustainable. PERIOD !

It goes without saying that any LIBERALS out there who want their cake and eat it too, can also consider giving up their US Citizenship (at no cost) and request to be immediately deported to the country of their choice where they can invoke and sustain their liberal agenda for their own good. There are several socialist countries in the world that will accept them.

Some of the people actualy think it is possible in which caase yes they want to succeed. Many of the people do not even understand what this petition process is capable of. The funny thing is many of the people signed petieions from all the states not even the one that they live in. Thepeople that actualy have an understanding of the petitions know that they are just making a statement and nothing more.

See this as a distraction from real issues and these joke petitions have taken focus off of some real petitions that deserve attention. If I was someone who had a real issue that a petition could actualy be usefull I wouldn’t post it at this time I would wait till theses mokeryies had disappeared from our society.

There is one petition asking the president to do the hokey pokey on national television. It is just one big joke right now.
