Happy Veterans Day Everyone!

I served in the Army for 9 years, West Point grad, disabled vet, so I just wanted to take a quick moment to wish all the other veterans on this site, of which I know there are many, a happy and wonderful Veterans Day. God bless you all. I love you all, inside my heart in a way you may never understand. God bless you.

Although yesterday was the day, today is the official federal recognition holiday. Originally Armistice Day, November 11, named after the day World War I ended. After World War II, the name was changed.

Although I whole-heartedly disagree with the way our armed forces are being used currently, I will always support the troops. My father was a veteran of the Korean war, my brother is a vet, my daughter is a vet, her father was a Vietnam War vet, and her husband continues to serve.

Give respect where it is due, and fight the PTB that continue to use them in illegal and immoral wars.
