How is nature own beauty and natural reaction fear mongering?

We hear people everywhere, calling evil nature's own way of speaking. We hear people, calling nature's beauty and reaction to solar events scary and malevolent, therefore, they say: those who warn about it, are too "fear mongering". How come an individual have the right to judge nature and mother earth? How can he judge the wonders of the universe that are still unknown to everyone?

This world has been challenged by nature many times. Societies have lived weeks and months without electricity, or water service, and yet, nobody has died because of that. They were prepared; they heard the wise, and their own instinct.

Struggle and sorrow for those who are empty handed in an event of a catastrophe, shows history, repeatedly... why allow this to happen again?
