I would recommend some caution, in case the bird is nesting. They are pretty protective, and it could have been guarding a nest, watching anyone that
came into what it saw as the nest "territory". it's also possible that someone fed it, and it's hoping for food. Personally, I would be after a
picture. Love getting shots of animals. In any case, sometimes birds just get used to people, We had ibis walking down the sidewalks when I was in
Florida. They almost ignored people, unless someone came very close.
