Time yet to re-open Alt Subs Forum?

It is an issue that continues to be more relevant each passing day and with global consequences. Major implications need to be examined and notes compared, not to mention the conspiracy aspect of this whole sordid b usiness. With the passage of initiatives in both Colorado and Washington can we give consideration to re-opening our Alternative Subs forum once again? I understand the desire to keep this discussion off the front page but it needs its airing in some corner.
