Okay, so you (by your own advice) go through life protesting when and wherever to choose

I would be interested in seeing how that approach works for you.....to be honest I will be surprised if it doesn't do more harm than good..

I do appreciate you sharing your opinion

We are going to have to disagree on this..As stated above the whenever and wherever approach put you and everyone else in Danger...

What right do you have to endanger the other people attending this gathering of people with a general interest??

If safety requires you to make a choice, the choice being to remove One person or remove Four Thousand

and to do neither opens you up to the possibility of numerous lawsuits...Common Sense should make this easy

Holding up a sign and yelling, like everyone else was, is disrupting and infringing on everyone elses' rights how? Because he is not in agreement with most of the other people? Unbelievable....

Excellent point! He was doing exactly what everyone else there was doing; shouting, and waving a sign. It was only because his sign and words were different that he was arrested. Had the rest of the crowd been seated and silent, and he was shouting when he should not be, that would be actually disrupting things. As it was, he didn't.

Of course, there is that safety issue. Have to agree; with a crowd like that, he could have been killed, and quite violently, simply for having a different opinion.

Back in the days of Nixon, he made a trip to Hawaii. There were the usual crowds there to witness Air Force One landing, and him coming off the plane. They parked the aircraft, the door opened, and two men unfurled a banner saying "Get out of Vietnam now!" Before Nixon stepped foot off the plane, they were face down in the parking lot in handcuffs. He never even saw the banner.
