I've traveled to military bases all around the world and what I know about unacknowledged (black designated) projects is that there always seems to
be a nondescript hangar (to subterranean access) on base that soldiers make an absurd effort not to telegraph when you are in their presence.
In other words, you can see the entrance to the project enclosure and it's obvious that there's a stigma attached to its physical location when no
one will even glance in the general direction OF THE HANGAR THAT'S OFF IN THE BACKDROP ALL BY ITSELF
