Well, based on their use of TankerEnemy's fake "Chemtrail Tanker Up-Close" video, and Kevin Martins "Chemtrail Forecast" site, both on the front page, I'd say "not".

It has useful information. Just like everything else it's up to you to use critical thinking.

I would recommend not coming to ATS to ask if something is 'legit."

I have noticed that ATS rarely says anything is legit. If you were to only go off of what ATS says..... then NOTHING would be legit.

....as you can see.. the first post on your thread is by someone who's full time job is to come in and say.... "no, this is not legit."

Thanks for the insights...

Here is another insight for you...

Anything that has Alex Jones as some legitimate source is more than likely not even close to being credible...

Military technology is capable of producing and manipulating massive hurricanes just like the one now brewing off of the east coast, a meteorologist told radio host Alex Jones on Sunday.

www.geoengineeringwatch.org...

I also noticed something that tosses up flags...

Frankenstorm – Scott Stevens

That would be the same Scott Stevens that lied about having certain credentials...

NISKAYUNA Weatherman Scott Stevens has resigned from WRGB (Channel 6) after station management accused him of lying about his credentials.

In a statement read during Tuesday's 6 p.m. broadcast, David Lynch, vice president and general manager, said WRGB ``hired Scott Stevens to be chief meteor-ologist based on faulty information provided by Scott'' and his agency. WRGB subsequently learned that ``Scott has never completed the necessary academic course of studies that would lead him to the official title of meteorologist,'' according to the statement read by anchorwoman JoAnne Purtan.

alb.merlinone.net...

I would try and find a better source than that...

And what useful information does that site have?

this one is better...

Do we need to go further?

Yeah, I noticed that the mini bio for Scott Stevens speaks in rather glowing terms about this "award-winning meteorologist" without ever mentioning his being fired because is isn't one.

Only an idiot would give credence to any claims made on a site that is even dishonest about its own contributors credentials. Still, whatever floats your boat guys.
