SANDY being used for media blackout.

Reading some of the posts on here gave me some good LOLZ. But, can we be a little more realistic for a second? Let us try to use some logic and common sense and look for the most reasonable explanations (*gasp!*) Rather than blaming some rain on HARP or aliens, lets just look at the actual effects this is having on us.

1.) Media blackout.

2.) More media blackout.

Why might this be happening? BESIDES THE AMERICAN POLITICAL RACE?

Might it be the Turkish protests? Activity in Sudan? Or an event that is to come, that is somehow connected to these events and quite probably more important, within the next few days? My bet is on a country adjacent to and bordering a AOI... somewhere like Georgia, Chad, or Azerbaijan.

Or, more likely, we can only talk about the weather because *OH LOOK SQUIRRELS* (This seems like the most likely explanation, we've just become so stupid that rain is a 24/7 news coverage event.)

And now for some funny cats.

It could be cover for any number of things.

I tend to think it is cover for the Libor scandal so the general populace does not look at it too closely.

I'd like to think that it is some giant conspiracy, but when a funny cat video on youtube has over 45 MILLION views, I start to think that Americans are just really spastic. Really friggin spastic. As in we're the nation responsible for Sponge Bob, Angry Beavers, and Invader Zim.

Haha yea. It's like we're a nation of ADD zombies with amnesia.

I think ATS of all groups are capable of not being mesmerized by the magician with distractions.

Most realize that, in some capacity, Sandy has served as a diversion. But for WHAT, is the question. There are so many hot points of interest right now. German gold, 45T lawsuit, Wallstreet collapse/extreme weakness, Elections and rampant fraud accusations, etc etc.

the proverbial crap is up in the air, within striking distance of the fan. Will it hit? Parkas are optional.

If we knew, would we tell you? We can't even discuss illicit substances on this website. Or legal cases resulting from their uses. The internet is too widespread to act like you can obviously censor any one area, without fallout or repercussions. I think it's because of Godzilla running amok in Japan. He does exist.
