The wind corrected munitions dispenser is an low cost tail kit that turns existing cluster munitions, into all wealther precision guided weapons. By correcting launch transients, balistic errors, and wind aloft, wcmd provides provides strike aircraft with an accurate pattern lay-down capability for cluster munitions from any operational altitude or wealther condition.

This is a pretty neat idea for a weapons mod. No GPS required. It's a good idea to keep cluster bombs headed in the right direction.
