Did Time-Traveler See the Effects of Hurricane Sandy in 2013?.......

I'm sure some of you have heard about Andrew Basiago. He claims to have time-traveled and teleported as a child in the late 60's and early 70's under DARPA. He time-traveled to the past in the year 1863 to witness the Gettysburg Address and has time-traveled to the future as late as the year 2045 as well as 2013. For those who don't know about Andrew and his claims, here's a brief overview...

Andrew D. Basiago, J.D., M.C.R.P. (Dist), M.Phil. (Cantab), 50, the team leader of Project Pegasus and the founder and president of MARS, is an American lawyer, writer, chrononaut, and 21st century visionary. Andy served in Project Pegasus at the dawn of the Time-Space Age and was one of humanity’s early Mars explorers. He is a prominent figure in the Truth Movement leading a campaign to lobby the US government to disclose such truths as the fact that the US has achieved “quantum access” to past and future events and has used time travel to place a secret US presence on Mars. So... did Andrew actually witness the effects of Hurricane Sandy on the East Coast in the year 2013?...

In one time probe to the future undertaken by Project Pegasus from a chronovisor device located at ITT Defense Communications in Nutley, NJ, Mr. Basiago viewed the US Supreme Court building in Washington, DC as it would be in the year 2013. During this probe, he found that the Supreme Court building was under 100 feet of stagnant water and reported this to the Lieutenant Commander from the Office of Naval Intelligence who debriefed him after the probe to the future was completed. He hastens to add that because the chronovisors did not identify absolute, deterministic futures but rather alternate futures in the “multi-verse,” this catastrophic vision of Washington, DC might be from an alternative time line that does not materialize on our time line.

So is Andrew Basiago telling the truth? Or is it just a coincidence? What do you guys think?......

Pretty sure Sandy isn't going to dump 100 feet of rain. The forecast is for about 2 inches.

So I doubt this is going to cause enough damage to sink anything under 100 feet of water.

So I wouldn't worry about that sort of craziness.

If it was a Cat 5 then yes you should be worried.

Here is my view, if i could time travel i would let every human being know the outcome of a devastating event! And save as many lives as i could! That being said i would also put some lotto numbers on so just incase it didn't happen i would be living on my own island... Just saying no disrespect intended! great OP and informative at best.

John Titor spoke of multiple timelines. He said the further forward or backward in time you go, the more you diverge in the timeline but you can always come back to here and now. He also said they were restricted to stay within 60 to 80 years of forward or backward travel due to too much divergence.

You can visualize this as, a point with a cone on either side, with the tips of the cones touching the point.
The point represents the here and now, one cone represents the past and one the future. The diverging of the cones represents all the possible futures and past.

I find this stuff fascinating. It's hard to believe but I have a feeling there may be some truth to these stories.

I once saw a patent for a time machine and it blew my mind. It had crazy hard math in it and what seemed like advanced physics.

It used the same technology Titor described. A car sized device you sit in that uses a mini blackhole in the center of it.

Actually I believe that Titor said he can never come back to "here and now" that it will only be a version of "here and now" that may be very close to his "here and now" would be originally. Just saying.

I really enjoyed reading that thread(even though I missed it as it originally transpired), what happened to that guy I could go for a few more interesting reads.
