Last nights Paranormal experience

Let me put in some background information before i begin this thread. #1 I don't believe in evil spirits or ghosts 2# I'm a dedicated Christian and follow the teachings of Christ with my whole heart #3 I've had few experiences but nothing was EVER like this.

The Story.

I'm currently living in Indonesia (Jakarta city) and have been here for around 5 years and this place is surrounded by myths and legends of supernatural things but as i am an unbeliever and i take it all with skepticism. This weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Me and my girlfriend and her family visited their villa in Puncak (About 2-3 hours outside of the city) and everything was going well and calm and we were really enjoying the relaxing un-hectic area.

Last night around 10pm i was lay in bed with my girlfriend and suddenly felt this overwhelming sickness, It was so strong i had to get up and run to the toilet because i thought i was going to throw up. Once standing i began to shake and the sickness moved from my stomach into my head and i felt so heavy and dizzy. While in the bathroom i began to pray and my heart began to feel calm and i went back into the bedroom. My girlfriend began rubbing my head trying to relax me and calm me down and i was sure it was just food poisoning or something like that. As i was dozing off i could feel myself stop breathing and woke up with a massive breath intake and thinking "What the hell?" this happened around 5 times before i finally got exhausted and fell asleep.

I must have been asleep around 25 minutes when i woke to the sound of my girlfriend crying, I looked beside me and what could only be described as a night terror had a hold of her, She was crying and making noises like she was afraid and trying to escape something, She was moving around and shaking and i grabbed her hand and began calling her name to snap out of it, i shook her i grabbed her and i yelled for her to wake up and she suddenly opened her eyes and jumped into my hands and began looking around the room so paranoid. I told her it was just a nightmare and suddenly when laying in my arms she jumped up and sat up and was staring at the end of the bed. I sat beside her calming her telling her it's a dream and she jumped again like something tried to grab her.

After this i grabbed her and took her outside to get some air and she began calming down. I took her into the living room and we prayed together for protection and after about 30 minutes went back into the bedroom and prayed again. She finally became calm even though really really afraid and told her what had happened.

Her Story

She said she's always been able to see ghosts and sometimes astral project, She told me she knew last night something was trying to take hold of me and she pulled it out of me because she saw it was hurting me, She then had whatever this was inside her and she described it as a black figure with a horn and goat like face with red eyes. She said it whispered to her but she didn't understand and when we prayed in the living room she saw it outside the door trying to enter but it couldn't because we had prayed. She told me she's been to church 4 times in her life to have this "gift" turned off and for a while it was but this figure always returned taking different shapes. She said this was the first time it had ever been violent or looked scary and it was laughing when whispering in her ear.

She's afraid to close her eyes now and I'm still a little freaked out, Still feeling skeptical that it was all just bad food but I've never felt like i did last night. Around 2am everything was calm and she felt safe again and we returned home back to Jakarta.

I really don't know what to make of this experience and she's telling me she must go back to a church and have it turned off again. Her brother and grandparents also have this ability and have harnessed it as she says but she can't. she called her brother upon returning and her brother described the thing she saw in perfect detail and said he will call her back.

I'm looking for and asking anyone here who knows how to expel this or has experience in this to please give me advice and help in this matter. I really need you in this because I'm so inexperienced and don't know what to do.

What you and your gf haven't realised is the ultimate power of Jesus over all. Use His Name to expel this demon, he is laughing at your fear of him, he is loving it. Jesus is hoping and praying you realise that you now have His power IF you have asked Jesus into your life and heart.

I too was born with awesome psychic powers (Romany gypsy bloodline.) And I have been a born again christian since 5yrs and was prayed over at 14 to 'expel' these demons, by someone who was evil and a minister. The church has been infiltrated by Satan controlled people and they are on the lookout for people who can use the power thta Jasus has left on this Earth for us to use.

I have been attacked too but the Name of Jesus beat them. 'Greater is He that is in me, then he who is in the world.'
To overcome you need to use the Blood of Jesus which was left in this earth at the crucifixion and it is still actually living. USE IT. It is a weapon.
So is worship and testimony.

And we also spray Holy water all over our garden and house and us. You can ask God, Holy Spirit and Jesus to make any water Holy.

According to a christian blog something evil and a giant has come out of the ground and was licking its lips. And christians especially those who have psychic powers and are to using them for protection and warfare are fair game for the demons.

And imagine a bright white light all around you and your beloved and the house/garden. And the Holy armour of Light from Ephesians, actually imagine it.

Things have started to hot up just recently, everyone needs to be on their guard, as their plans have been thwarted and the evil side is really annoyed. GOOD.
The sooner they realise God is in charge the better mankind will be.

This gift is a gift USE IT. Do not believe the church, that is what the Inquistions were for, to rid the church of healers and people who can 'see' what the enemy is up to. Especially certain bloodlines. (I could write a book about this.)

There is a book called The school of seers, it has really helped me to see that prophets in the old Testament used ot be either a Seer or a Prophet although both are still Prophets. A Seer is someone who actually sees things like visions or demons or angels and dreams!!! Make a dream jounal and start finding out what God is saying, you need His warnings now. All of us do, I started one last year and it has come up with many prophectic events. That I then prayed about. (Then use books called Understanding the dreams that you dream 1 and 2.)

A christian who loves Jesus and has these powers, is a force to be reckoned with, and is so scary to Satan and his plans. If I hadn't used these powers I and my family would be dead right now thrice over.
Get angry it stops the fear. Jesus got angry, so it's allowed.

Also did she think that this was the most evil thing she had felt?.

You say you give your life completely to Christ, and yet you are shacking up with your girlfriend, so what it actually is, is you are living your life dedicated to your own wishes, and whatever is left over is for Christ..

Maybe he is trying to open you up to allow some new ideas in so you will understand more about yourself..?

Sadly though, this is the average Christian behavior these days, the person makes a big claim about following Christ, and in the next sentence, reveals how they are actually following themselves..

Not judging you, as all humans fall short of his glory..

On a happier note, the very fact that your praying made this thing unable to enter, is worth paying attention to..
There were likely holy angels guarding your place, or that thing would not have been stuck outside.
Perhaps you both should make some new commitments, and such, or explore everything about each other.. Is she babtized?
Look at those types of things... This entity is obviously trying to put doubt and dispair into her mind, because it is going to lose her forever to the good side.

The other shape it had taken was a regular shaped man, No "Special" Features. she said it tried to speak to her a few times and this time was the only time she sensed it was angry and evil.

Yes she did, She said this was the strongest spirit she had ever faced and it overwhelmed her and she had a very hard time fighting it.

I have an update for the story and i will edit the main post to leave some new information we have discovered.

thank you and yes you're right. I do love Jesus and follow his ways but i falter and stumble at times too. She is baptized as am i, Except i have not gone through my second baptism yet. I was baptized Catholic at a young age and only started to follow Christianity over the past 5 years and have not yet been re-baptized. Because of your post i am going to look into doing it asap.

We are both very religious people and we try to follow gods word. We try to pray for forgiveness if we sin and we pray together and read the bible together too. I just want to be able to protect her if this ever happens again. I prayed for the arc angel Michael to be beside her if anything bad should approach her and also prayed for protection. I think this is a valuable lesson for us both and since the experience we have felt closer to god.

I can't seem to edit my main post so i will write this here.

this is an update to the current story.

After returning to Jakarta and speaking to her brother who i mentioned contacted her, He told us he saw some empty land beside some public swings and in the land was the spirit. He said by a white post is where he stands and this land belongs to him which is why the locals have not built on it. Me being silly was curious and went on the land not knowing or believing anything bad can happen and this angered the spirit.

It was because i stepped into his place that he came to us in the night, He wanted to hurt me and make me sick and when my girlfriend stopped it, it got angry and hurt her instead. It told him it would not follow us and will leave us alone but if we ever go again we can't go to it's land. He also said the spirit is very very old and very very strong and it was very angry with me for going into it's territory. I didn't know these legends existed here but apparently anything can trigger a spirit to follow you.

I didn't believe in this what so ever before but now i will take allot more caution and be prepared. Everyone's advice here was great and i learned allot. I will be happy to answer any questions you have further as i would like to know what this was. I will also post some pictures of the site it's supposed to guard.

So its always in the shape of a person?

Its just that many years ago (12 ish) we had this dark cloud shaped thing
in our bedroom, and i tell you this you could feel an evil like nothing we have
ever experienced.
This part is silly but i told it to "get out of our home or when i die ill consume you.
But it worked it left straight away .

I told this to a cousin who we had hardly met ,we started talking about stuff that had been
happening since his dad my uncle tommy had died he said that a box had flew off the
wardrobe in his dads bedroom.

This is when i told him of the dark entity thingy and to my amazement he told me
his mother has had this thing visit her quite a few times through her lifetime .

I find it odd that you say that you are a Christian but do not believe in evil spirits.

In the Bible, Jesus himself is recorded to have interacted with and expelled evil spirits who inhabited people. Remember that being possessed by an evil spirit is not the same a having a medical condition. Jesus also dealt with and healed medical conditions.

Take time to study the life of Jesus in the Bible and learn how everything happened. He taught His followers and they were also able to cast out demons as well as heal sick people.

It's odd? People believe in different things, I know many Christians whom also don't believe in them. I have taken the time to study the life of Jesus, I study often and pray often and always bring myself closer to god in my actions and choices. Sometimes i slip but who doesn't?

Prayer seemed to be the only thing that worked in this experience. The power of god came to our rescue and pushed this "thing" away. even now a few days after the flash backs shake me up.

Thankfully no ,but ill let you in on a secret it made me make a cross out of pure tin. (i have a big ingot of tin)
