Not really a lost civilization but in my search to find physical and visual evidence of what mankind may have looked like thousands of years ago, I came across this site. I have never seen any of these depictions before and thought them quite interesting. The pictures also depict rituals and customs of the times. I love the threads regarding ancient man and his civilizations so this was a fun site to view. I also see that mans appearance has not changed much at all in the last two or so thousand years.

If this is in the wrong forum or a duplicate thread, I know the Mods will do the right thing. Thanks.

Thanks for posting this.

That ship is very interesting. Its one of the oldest representations we have BC ship tech.

Also if you are interested compare the first painting and others..... to paintings at Bonampak and the Nuttal Codex.

The ship was a nice surprise. I appreciated it as well. I will definitely check out your info. I have mostly been drawn to the Egyptian side of “ancientness” information available, but there is SO much more out there! Thanks

That ship represents a craft that could have sailed well outside the Med.

I had a little difficulty with this pic as well. It was hard to tell the humans from the non humans, or what the non humans might be. If you look further down through the pages in the site, there are many pages with clearer images.

thank you for this post.

i love the clothing, art styles, etc of these ancient civilizations.

the modern world is too corporate sterile.

from our rediculous suits, to our boxie buildings, it's all without a soul.

The pictures sort of resemble the bearded men of Sumeria.

What do you guys think?
