K 17 = WHAT?

Also, Having trouble downloading/uploading Videos directly? Not sure what I am doing wrong.

W= Watts index. No idea how it's calculated.

K = Karma. Also no idea how it's calculated.

As for videos, I'm assuming you mean youtube videos. Click the VID:YOUTUBE button when you want to embed a youtube vid, then enter in the code after the v= in the youtube url.

For instance:

youtube.com/watch?v=0PgehY2PFTc&feature=g-all-u

I would copy and paste the portion after the v= and paste that into the popup:

0PgehY2PFTc&feature=g-all-u

The youtube vid will then embed.

W= WATS, your ranking based post on activiy/ star/flag ratio

K= or Karma is the balance of post/star/flag

Click on VID:YOUTUBE, when posting
insert the YouTube code after the v=

Very informative. I tried to search, but couldn't find a way to specify what K stood for. I am a huge believer in Karma. So that is appropriate . Clears up that, any suggestions on the video part of the equation?

Any video, not just youtube. I will give it another try, but I do think I have attempted it that way already with no success.
I usually just end up posting the url. Would like to eliminate that step for other viewers of my threads or posts I put in other threads.

ATS media has been disabled, it was the place where you could upload videos.

For now my understanding is you can't directly upload any way else on here, just share a YouTube, Google video or link from another site of a video.

Well I have had many videos uploaded by others to my threads somehow. I have specifically asked any of them yet. They are not always on-line or don't respond to u2u.

ats people are so funny!
80% of the members have no idea what stars,flags points,etc... mean!

I have OCD and numbers are one of them. I just like to know where they come from. I was happy to find out that K stands for Karma. Now, if you have any ideas about videos that would be great.

P= How many posts you have made. F= How many flags you have received for threads you author. S= How many stars members have given you K= Karma ((stars * 15) + (flags + applause) * 10)) / posts W= WATS (number of posts ÷ 600) + (number of flags ÷ 80) + (number of stars ÷ 170)

Oh my. Seems I did something to effect my K. It just went down for some reason. Hmmm. Perhaps someone can inform me how that just happened? And Why? Do emoticons have some effect?

all i know is how to post a you tube vid. left click the address after watch= and highlite it.
right click to copy.
click on you tube vid bar on ats,right click to paste,and press ok.
that should do it!.
as for anything else,i'm totally useless!
