My bestie is a talented and eccentric blacksmith of note. A real character that one. They are definitely a special and hard-working breed.

A fellow worker where I work is 76 years old and he looks about 60. He never sits down during breaks, and he horses around with everyone like he's 13. Oh yeah, and he's not afraid to work.

I hope I have his energy when I reach his age. It has alot to do with our spirit ,energy and emotion Armour of invisible force to protect us mentally against the painful times of life....real life Jedi's I guess
