It really looks like someone inserted Wednesday Addams from the last Addams Family movie into the picture. I could not find the exact one, but this is close:

I dont want to say its a ghost but the debunk is wrong....

You can see that the lady in the debunk image is also in the "ghost" image but on the right of the photo.. I've looked for references and found for instance the guy in front of her with "headphones and a mic"...

Your right, it also shows the seat number, also the camera men on the front to show that the debunked pic is about 5 seats away..
