In a blatant display of political pandering Obama, in highly publicized fashion, called the folks in Wisconsin to offer "Condolences" and offer "help with the investigation".

I wonder how many victims of domestic violence Obama called in states that are NOT pivotal states and key to his re-election.

This is a page straight out of the Chicago / Rom Emmanuel play book when he famously said “you never let a serious crisis go to waste”.

What's the matter Mr. President - don't you need to perform a six week inconclusive investigation before you can determine how to spin the tragedy in Winsconsin?

People in Wisconsin, the family members of victims of Benghazi, and victims of domestic violence everywhere should be appalled by Obama's brazen pandering for votes and his administrations blatant politicization of tragic events for their own political purposes.

Wait, this is a SERIOUS stretch, you are trying to pin something that a FORMER chief of staff said, threee years ago,on Obama's link to the Wisconsin shooting?

You get my wile e. coyote stamp for the day.

ATS is the only place in the world where people do not do mass shootings because they are nuts. It has to be some sort of brainwashing or political motive.

Kind of like this, wouldn't you agree?:

“[Romney] jumped in right away the day of these attacks with half information in a way that was denounced by both Republicans and Democrats and there’s no doubt that he’s working hard to exploit this issue,” Axelrod said on “Fox News Sunday.”

See how easy it is to twist things around to mean what you want them to?

I think nearly ALL politicians try to turn crisis into an opportunity for political pandering. It's not an attribute unique to Obama. Most politicians, from city government to the federal level, will take any opportunity to rally votes- even at the expense of someone's misfortune.

It's kind of sick, but it has become so common as to be mundane.

I guess your right.....Mitt learned to play the same game Obama has been playing since 1996 - only the Tragedies that Mitt exploits are of Obama's making. Quite a bit different....

I think you are confused. "Domestic Violence" is typicall violence in the home. This man walked into a Wisconsin Day Spa and shot seven women.

The President offers condolances for national tragedies, it comes with the job.

You are right that it is being horrifically politicized...but your are confused as to whom is exploiting the tragedy.

And if he hadn't Fox would have accused him of being a narcissistic bastard.... I would say it is the right who wins the political whining award.
