Why must everything be against me?

This might seem like an odd suggestion but check out 'The Book of Secrets' by Osho. It's an extremely large book but you can go to any page and start getting wisdom as it doesn't have to be read chronologically. I found a free e-book online pretty easily.

The writing is very captivating and will quickly draw you in. Osho speaks about our existence and eastern philosophy, of which he had extensive knowledge. A lot of the basic wisdom stems from very simple, old teachings having to do with suffering, ego, awareness, consciousness, desire, etc... There's also numerous great simple exercises that you can easily try. Some are very fun experiments in changing your awareness so as to be able to observe your consciousness and gain more understanding of it's inherent nature.

Without knowing your full social situation I can still promise you that there ARE people out there who care about you.

I haven't lost a best friend like you have because....well because I have no friends....

Mum died 8 years ago of cancer at the age of 54, we watched her die, then me and my bro spent 2 hours with her afterwards talking to her and "verbally sparring" like was normal. This helped.

Be strong, I have a son which I guess you dont have but he keeps me here. I have no other reason to be than him. Had I had a shotgun tonight I would have ended things........I promise you that if you are strong enough life will improve....I'M NOT therefore I drink daily, can of lager number 6 on the way but you don't have to be like me. Maybe you need to move to improve?

Sometimes all it takes is to stand up to a bully/fake friend to change things and create a better atmosphere for you.

Whatever is going on, DO NOT be afraid to talk to people. If you can see a doctor go, speak to someone......DO NOT be ashamed of yourself or your need for help.

You sound like a thoughtful, normal kind of person but that you lack the reason/strength to stand up to others....REMEMBER that regardless of race, age, finance they are NO BETTER than you...more advantaged maybe but NOT better.

Paranoia - if thats what you're experiencing - just eats away at you and you can lose control, been there done that!

The best attitude that I've found you can have is F*@k them....I'm ME and to enjoy being yourself.

I know its easy to say, harder to do.

I'm 37 and struggling to the point that I could end it now, please look after yourself and if nothing else post some more on here and get help that way if you feel you have no other options.

I hope it all works out for you......you're good enough to be/do anything and no-one is better than you, maybe they just make more of the opportunity............take care

In my opinion, less than 25% of what he said was actually fact, and his books belong in the fiction section of bookstores next to Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings. Much of his teachings represented a kind of self-serving spiritual pornography; a mixture of false ancient teachings and his own ambition motivated distortions. At his worst, Rajneesh came out with titles like "The World of Rajneesh and Autobiography of a Spiritually Incorrect Mystic". This is like a primadona television newsman who thinks that he is the news story rather than the important headlines of the day.

It shocks me to find that many Osho disciples do not care about the crimes that were committed and are not bothered by the lies and hypocrisy of their own movement.

According to court testimony by Ma Ava (Ava Avalos), a prominent disciple, Sheela played associates a tape recording of a meeting she had had with Osho about the "need to kill people"... And the gist of Bhagwan's response, yes, it was going to be necessary to kill people to stay in Oregon. And that actually killing people wasn't such a bad thing. And actually Hitler was a great man, although he could not say that publicly because nobody would understand that. Hitler had great vision.

Yoga and meditation are nothing short of pure witchcraft. It is "Witchcraft" because you are summoning pagan gods is witchcraft. Therefore, Kundalini yoga is pure witchcraft because you are using meditation to invoke the powers of cosmic gods. These gods in reality do not exist, except as demons—who are not gods at all! Any powers which result from the use of any type of yoga is from Satan. Yoga is just another front for Satan worship. If you want power from the Devil, he will give it to you—but you will pay with your soul. This is strictly forbidden in the Bible. We are to trust in God, none other.

Absolutely none of that matters. It's an incredible book loaded with wisdom. Nothing in your post changes that one bit. I stand by my recommendation of it to the OP, and the rest of the world for that matter.

Hopefully you like books. If you don't, I urge you to discover them. They are a world within a world and will help you survive and grow. Read anything you can get your hands on.

Listen to good music. It lifts the spirit.

Those are possibly the best three things you can do to be cheered up. Heck, that helped me, and I am not even the one who is suffering the most here. Thanks for the advice lol.
