Funny, I have a young friend, very hip, and to look at or talk to him, you wouldn't think he'd ever even heard of Roberta Flack.

As it turns out, that's his "love lost" song, too. I'ma have to send him a ringtone right now so he can join in our collective reminiscing.

I was on your thread, I was digging the groove. I heard a song and then she hit me like a ton of mental bricks.

A day popped in my mind. It was early in the relationship. I had a cd with a few particular songs I had put together since I'd met her--from Barry White & Marvin Gaye to Jack Johnson and David Gray playing.

I was doing some video editing at the office. She dropped by. She always took my breath away like no other...before or since.

The walls had a long editing table built about waist high. That's all I'm saying...except it did bring some emotion beyond the carnal thought.
