I wonder if North America has these drills in secret, monthly, within our military?
Putin maybe doesn't trust Romney or an Obama 2nd term?

I do recall due to the recent massive deposits of Diamonds found in Russia and large oil deposits, they have increased their military spending over 50% annually.

US having the largest military in the world, by a large margian, in turn does mean safety and security in North America. I personally have no beef was a superior American military next door to myself in Canada, but we're "Soo safe" that now our own government is cracking down on the people. No external threat. Truthfully, there may need to be a large shift in power.

Anyways, I am rambling but I thought this news was very important.

Haha, I assumed it was a nuclear drill, designed to penetrate to the depths of the Earth. Was very excited. I guess they have to stay sharp in case Israel decides to nuke anyone.

That's been going on for awhile. They flew some Blackjack Bombers to Venezula awhile back, skirted the east coast ADIZ the whole way down.
