Well, today another small pice of the puzzle was revealed, Titan a Moon Orbiting Saturn has a Huge Cross that they say its made by molten material oozing to the surface, also they discovered an ancient dried Ocean that had water or some liquid 50 thousand years ago, also they discovered 2 small oceans.... interesting stuff considering that this week also they said there is a planet quite far away that may harbor life, but Titan that is around the corner is being "discovered".

Link (sorry in spanish -hence my little translation)

Liquid methane is known to exist on the surface of Titan. The possibility of Titan having liquid water seas beneath its surface crust has been discussed. The findings were announced several months ago.

Maybe some of those Sci-Fi movies are trying to tell us something. You always see those movies where there is other planets visible so maybe they are saying Titan had life at one point.

Yes, very interesting info...

I believe that Titan orbits Saturn. The moon they find life on in the movie was orbiting Jupiter and I think it was Europa.

You know what I knew that but in my silly mind I always like the name of Titan so I think everything to do with the big planets moons is always Titan

Cheers for reminding me

Great find!

In the first image, right hand side, it looks like an eye. The all seeing eye?

I can also see the outline of a fish.

Yep, Europa.

In the previous novel, 2010: Odyssey Two, Jupiter was converted into a mini-sun which was dubbed "Lucifer" following the Soviet ship Leonov’s mission to Jupiter to find out what happened to the Discovery. A message was sent to Earth by Dave Bowman, through HAL:

ALL THESE WORLDS
ARE YOURS EXCEPT
EUROPA
ATTEMPT NO
LANDING THERE

This is due to Lucifer melting the frozen ocean beneath the surface of Europa, causing an atmosphere to form and leading to the discovery of alien life in Europa's ocean.

The second photo looks goofy... To me it almost looks like the land by the liquid is something we would see here on Earth, like a massive port.

To many straight lines.. It just does not look natural however with that being said its not earth so who knows how planetary bodies develop with differing conditions.

In Arthur C. Clarke's novel 2001: A Space Odyssey, which was written the same time the film came out (the novel and film were both based on Clarke's short story "The Sentinel") it WAS the Saturn system rather than the Jupiter system that the obelisk led them to.

Although it was Saturn in the book, the planet in the movie version changed from Saturn to Jupiter, mainly because the movie's special effects people didn't think they could do a very convincing job with Saturn's rings.

Interestingly enough, Even though Clarke's first book had it as Saturn, he also changed it to Jupiter in the book's sequel to match the movie (rather than matching his book version).

The "eye" for some reason, to me, reminds me of the eyes of the Mona Lisa.
