What is an example of incarnation?

I don't really understand it or know what it means really. The definitions on Google don't help.

A person who embodies in the flesh a deity, spirit, or abstract quality: "Rama was Vishnu's incarnation on earth".
(in Christian theology) The embodiment of God the Son in human flesh as Jesus Christ.

My take on this....

A crude example would be...
A mass of clay taking on the form of a sculpture. The sculpture is merely an "alternate" form of the clay... and has the same essence of the clay.

The sculpture then goes back to the original clay and then returns as a different sculpture.

This applies more to the Hindu concept of "avatars" than to Christianity.

Carnation comes from carnal, which means 'of the flesh'...
...therefore, in carna tion, means 'into the flesh'...
Re in carna tion, means into the flesh - again...

Mind and spirit (and/or soul, or whatever you call 'the you, of you') are not of the flesh...therefore, in the 'theory' of reincarnation, the body is a vessel for 'unattached' processes present in the body, like the soul, the spirit, mind, thoughts etc etc etc...

Surprised you could not find a good definition...

...look up 'carnal'...
...'in' defines a spatial polarity...
...'carna' (or carnal) means, 'of the flesh'...thought cannot be 'dissected' because the place where it resides, cannot be found...chemical processes are not 'thought', although they can bring thought 'on'...

...'ation', denotes that there is an action or event involved...privation, specialisation, separation, aeration, spritualisation...

Information by itself has no expression of meaning. What is the meaning of 1 or 2? Apart from possessing a symbol of form, the meaning of the information has no expression. Incarnation is taking information into an archetype of form. Our flesh is the body our soul takes to express information into form.
