Had a dream last night where I was on a large island that was densely populated, with the inhabitants being mostly Asian. So I guess this could be Japan or another Asian country in the Pacific ring of fire that is prone to earthquakes and tsunamis.

I was standing on a road half way up a hill looking down at a large bay area, which contained ships and boats. There was extreme panic in the air, people were going crazy with fear. Some were running down to the bay to get on boats to leave. Others, like me, where going up the mountain, thinking this was a safer option. The tsunami had not yet hit but it was close.

The rest of the dream is mostly about me finding my daughter and her mother, which I do eventually with great relief.

Anyway, thought I would post to see if anyone has had similar dreams in the last few days. It could be nothing of course, just another random nocturnal adventure.

Peace Out

I don't have TV. I don't make a habit of watching disaster movies either. I can't even play youtube vids that often because of my crappy satellite connection.

This dream came out of nowhere. That's why I posted.

I had a vivid dream about the earth falling apart all around my family and I.It was shaking and breaking off in big chunks. All I felt was heat and upheaval along with the view of lava flowing.Very hard to describe but very scary. The thing that really freaked me out was that when I woke up,my hands smelled like sulfur and my lid was soaked.
...Never had a tsunami dream...sounds like fun

I believe dreams are NEVER random.

Here is just one example of this:

Dr. Stu Breisch and his family were vacationing in Kao Lak, Thailand when the tsunami struck. His son Jai had several dreams warning that something terrible was about to happen. Jai's 15-year sister Kali died during the tsunami. Many were warned and would be still alive if they had only listened to the warnings.

MY point is dreams ARE warnings... DON"T ignore them! They are for OUR benefit only if we HEED them...

“My daughter, Kali, would have been a senior in high school this year; she had hoped to be chosen for Princeton’s Class of 2011. Her dreams were ended suddenly by a 45-foot wave…”

"When we arrived in Bangkok, Jai told us of a series of dreams he was having about our trip. “Something terrible is going to happen there, Dad,” he said. My wife, Sally, a Jungian-trained psychologist and dream specialist, and I tried to make sense of his dreams. We considered returning home, but could not book a flight before the 26th. And so we continued along our planned itinerary despite Jai’s dreams. Is it possible for any of us to know with certainty if a dream is symbolic of an inner turmoil or an outer impending event?

It was a miracle that Jai survived a one-mile thrashing ride inland, catapulted forward by the water and debris. Only three other hotel guests and one hotel employee survived at “ground zero” on the beach. The three-story wave indiscriminately took everyone else: children, adults, grandparents. Whole families from 29 countries were wiped off the face of the earth that day. More than 4,000 people died in Khao Lak alone; 80 percent of the local families lost at least one family member, and most mourned for more."

"...we spent weeks culling the piles of destruction and searched through the morgues, looking fruitlessly for Kali. In the end I was given a blackened corpse with teeth that matched the dental records of my once-beautiful 15-year-old daughter. "

"How do I look my son in the eyes after failing to honor his dreams? His spirit is so severely wounded that I can only hope and trust he will find his own path to healing. Source

several years ago, I had a similar dream. at the time, I didn't even know what a tsunami was. when the tsunami hit thailand, it was my nitemare come true. Pay attention to dreams, its not all "symbolism" as some will say. You probably had a true premonition.

I have no doubt that some dreams are premonitions. I'm not too sure about this one though. It is peculiar in some respects but not in others. The thing to remember too is that fate or destiny is never set in concrete. The future is always in a state of flux. That's why psychics will never give you a 100% guarantee on their readings.

Some dreams do have meaning and I am only speaking from my own experiences. Mine were nothing more than dejavu ones (had the dream and then later on down the track, in the position of the dream to a tee). I think some may heed a warning but also, some are just random and have no meaning at all.

One I did have was about a large space object by the sun roughly 2 years ago. Maybe it is Comet Ison, who knows... But the same dream also had objects penetrating the planet so most likely not

Wow, reading that made my skin crawl. Stories like that always spook the living crap out of me. It's just disturbing in more ways than one. Of course, sometimes it's good when it happens, it can save lives. But it is still very disturbing when it happens, and how it happens just out of nowhere, really makes you think.

Interesting that you mention Ison in my thread. I am now starting to think that my dream is in fact a premonition. At the time of this post I believed it would be imminent. I think I might have been about 12 months too early.

Will have to wait and see.

i had a vivid wild dream about a tsunami yesterday, the 19th.

I was thinking about making a thread here about it. I'll do it later today.

My dream setting was inland a bit, with loudspeakers saying "go or get to the hill". The sky was all Red and streaked. The setting was at an old School, 60-70's style school building. Maybe early 80's.

I was sleeping the day away in some deep sleep, didn't even want to get up after I did, but the dream had me panicking for high ground so hard it woke me up and I was o relieved it wasn't real.

I'll make a thread later about it. Thats pretty much the jist, leaving out the beginning before i got to the school in the dream.

I am assuming it was tsunami from the way the sky looked and everyone rushing for high ground. and the Loud speakers.

I don't have any knowledge of tsunami speaker systems or drills outside what ive seen on TV, so that was really new to me.

another thing, I rarely remember my dreams. This one, I can remember so much!

Stay safe everyone!

Heres one that scared the bejesus out of quite a few of us I think
www.abovetopsecret.com...

I havnt spoken to old Jakius for ages, I miss him, I don't think he posts anymore. Anyway I know some will say that somewhere and at sometime someone is going to dream a random dream that turns out spot on. But this one was pretty freaky really considering how near it was to the event.
Im sure True American dreamt something as well. I don't have time to look for it now as I should be cleaning the stove.

One way to help determine if a dream is just a dream, or perhaps a real possible future event, is to very carefully examine the dream and try to remember if anything in the dream was out of place or something that could not occur in normal life happened. So if a toaster with wings flew by, then more than likely it would just be a typical dream, and not a premonition of any kind. But these types of strange events can be pretty subtle sometimes, hence the need for careful examination.

If your dream was just your subconscious trying to tell you something about your every day normal life, which is usually the case, then the dream symbol of a tsunami often means a state of spiritual over kill or being spiritually overwhelmed. Perhaps that's the case here, only you can know for sure.

Then again, this is the Earth's cleansing period we're in now and tsunamis will continue to occur as a natural part of the earth changes we are going through at this time.

Could be random, could have prescient aspects. I guess that might sound a bit useless, so I'll explain what I mean.

One thing I've noticed with my own dreams is that in the very rare ones that had prescient elements which later panned out in reality, I always experienced things from within the event -- whatever it happens to be. In other words, it's not like I dream that I'm watching a news report on TV, or seeing it from a bird-in-the-sky perspective. I'm there and it's all happening around me. It's very real, very sequential (much more like "real time") and doesn't have the jumping from place to place and general "weirdness" that we commonly get in dreams.

The second aspect is that usually in such cases, I cannot see myself for most of the time. I see and experience everything from a single human perspective (ie as we would if we were videoing through a camera we're holding ourselves), but I don't often have those moments we get in dreams where I can see myself from another perspective, as if there was another camera pointed at me and I'm able to see what it's recording.

If I do see myself (so to speak), it usually occurs after the "main" event has happened. During the event itself, it's like I'm trapped within the individual perspective only.

Anyway, while the above is just my own observations, I'd be interested if you could elaborate a little on the perspective aspect for the dream you had and also give your opinion as to whether it was perspectively typical for you (in your dreams) or unusual. Ditto with things like how sequential it was.

Many thanks.

Thanks for posting, you raise some interesting points.

The dream was in first person, I was seeing with my own eyes and from memory it ran in a linear type format, not jumping from scene to scene. The thing that stands out mostly for me, aside from the terror and panic of the people in the dream, was this pressing desire for me to get to my daughter. I am divorced now and have my daughter half the week. So it's feasible to consider that in the event of a global scale crisis, I could be chasing down my daughter and her mum so I can be with them to support and protect.

I think I have a pretty good understanding of the differences between subconscious dreams , lucid dreams, dream premonitions and astral journeys because I have been studying and experiencing this stuff for over twenty years.

On a slightly tangental note, I had a psychic reading at the end of last year that was very accurate. The only thing that hasn't happened , out of about 7 predictions was mention of a son coming in to my life towards the end of 2013. I am single and unlikely to impregnate anyone in the next few weeks, or hook up with a single mum with a son. I can't help but think that this son has something to do with Ison. It's a bit freaky I must admit.

Blessings *

Thanks, I get what you mean. There were no bizarre or surreal images from what I can recall. The scenery was very life like and the people in it looked just like regular people, but going nuts with panic.

Thanks for the link, i never caught that one. That was posted a week before I joined ats. I like the comment about how Japan would be prepared for a large quake and everything would be ok if it did happen.

I have reached the conclusion now that nearly everything in the media is disinformation and most of the information you get from alternative thinking people (conspiracy theorists) and websites, is misinformation. I now prefer to traul the dreams and premonitions posts and videos and feel out what is accurate or of value. There are many out there at the moment doing the rounds about large scale disasters, probably a lot more than normal.

Stay safe

Seems like more and more people are experiencing these visions now, which is not a surprise I guess because we are all one consciousness. Thanks and stay safe. Get the bob ready.

The simple fact that more than a few people are having similar dreams about a massive Tsunami on Steve Quayle's site as well recently is very troubling. Lets all pray this doesn't happen as we have all seen the shear power of a quake wave let alone the monster people are seeing in their dreams at 100 plus feet high.

I see multiple tsunami dreams on ATS now. Makes me wonder because I was just at the beach and wondered what it would look like with a wave about 14 or more stories high. Then I visualized the wave in my head. Hopefully everyone is just having bad dreams. I am wondering how far inland a mega wave would travel if it was over 450 feet tall or 20 stories tall around the South Carolina coast. I suppose our government never developed any defensive or offensive wave technology using nuclear weapons. I thought I posted years ago such a weapon could be developed with a directed nuclear blast to create an opposing tsunami wave that could counter a mega wave if the artificial waves were combined effectively.

Of course I probably just gave someone a new idea for a weapon. I am hoping more lives are saved than lost if anything happens. I somehow doubt anyone has worked on directing the blast from an underwater nuclear blast in one direction or experimented in combining waves into a mega counter wave to knock out the original. Such a system would need to be developed and put in place to react quickly in the event of a Canary island mega wave, an unexpected very small asteroid in the Atlantic or Pacific, or to counter whatever country develops the technology especially if they save it to make it look like a natural disaster. Of course if a third world country developed such a weapon, an attack could be launched against coastal cities from far out at sea. I'm just posting ideas someone should have already thought of.
