Bee Pollen: Wonderful Superfood or Dangerous?

Why do these two articles say completely different things about bee pollen supplements? One says it's a wonderful superfood with lots of benefits, and the other says its dangerous. Which do you believe? Any of you try it before?

And on the other hand the faux news is promoting against bee pollen.. If the news says its bad it must be true!

It depends on person and if he/she have allergic symptoms in the past. if you can´t use honey cos of pollen allergy you most definately cannot use these either.
Usually food allergies are those you can get some tolerance over the time but pollen is different.

For us with pollen allergies and asthma its absolutely no.

I agree you can live on 20 grams a day.
Eat as much as you can stand everyday, you will become much stronger, live much longer.

I have used zi xui tang bee pollen on and off for over 2 years. This stuff is excellent for weight loss and energy. It felt too good to be true, and sure enough, FDA got wind of it today. You guys missed your chance unfortunately, now its gone away just like ephedra, salvia, and so many other awesome natural herbs...
