My First UFO Sighting...

I will do some digging for you to see if ANYONE has posted any possible sightings around the same time frame. It would be awesome if we could find something!

I had a 'star-like' sighting tonight.

Just a few hours ago I was walking down the road to go to the shop and I saw a light in the sky. At first I thought it was a plane, but the light was too big and it was going too slow (if at all) to be a plane. Trying to be rational (for once!) I thought to myself 'No, it will be Venus then'. To be sure, I stopped walking to check properly if it was totally stationary, which it was not. It was moving just moving pretty slowly. Then it fades out. I know it did not fade out due to clouds obscuring my view of it because there was not a cloud in the sky. Second sighting in about six months. Both sightings pretty darn pleasing to me, but I want to see one of those suckers up close and personal!

I have seen many light ships in our skies, I live in Eastern-Ontario (CAN), last year alone I witnessed over a dozen light ships and metalic-physical ones too, over my home. I know I have a type of connection with the extraterrestrials, not in a scary way either.. Its true we fear what we cant understand or comprehend, we might tend to stray away from these particular "realities" which make us feel uncomfortable.

I have came to accept this in my life as I have have many experiences with ships and extraterrestrials confronting me in my Mind's Eye (or "Third Eye"). I belive you may have a connection as well, if you felt in your heart, a resonation, this is a spiritual conformation that you may have relations to the enitites operating the light craft

Over my short life, this reality that humans choose not to accept, has become accepted and embraced by my spirit and heart

I did feel "captivated" and I did feel a "resonation" in their presence. I did not want to tear myself away from window, for anything. I believe this is what pushed me so hard to find out what is was. I wanted to see more, see it again. It was an amazingly resplendent sight.

I have seen the exact same light that you have described almost 40 years ago when i was10 or11....My brother and i were at the beach at one summer night.There were no others anywhere near us .We both saw a very bright light coming out of the sea. It stood still right above it for a second and then faded away into the sky in a flash.It didn't have a certain shape,but it was amazingly bright and very hard to describe....We were both stunned.We ran to our parents and told them the story ,they listened to us carefully and said: "wow that is something ,might have been a UFO or a plane or a boat or something!...And that was all!...we told our friends about that but none of them really believed us...In another incident when i was a teen a bunch of us friends and the whole people of our block we were living in,witnessed an almost planet like shape moving towards the earth to the point that it got too massive and close and then it just vanished like it evaporized....It seemed like another planet was crashing to the earth...Then we all talked about it for a while and commented on some different views about the matter and eventually went back to our daily lives,like nothing important really happened!...Media didn't mention a thing about that either.And up to this age i still don't really know what those things were.

Wow what an interesting story. Personally, I have never had an Alien experience. I once thought I was having a paranormal experience while at a friends house when I was like 8 or 9 but I'm pretty sure that it was my friend playing a trick on me or just being silly when I think back to it (we left a room and returned a half hour later and he claimed that his pencil had moved and was now lost. It ended up turning up underneath the couch I believe).

However just because I've need witnessed such things doesn't mean I do not believe. Ironically it was the X-files that really got me interested into these fields which I started watching around when I was 10 (I'm 27). It's not like I believed that the X-Files were true, but it definitely introduced me to the Roswell incident. Later on I saw the Phoenix Lights event on an episode of Unsolved Mysteries. Watching the show Ancient Aliens brought me to this site and the rest is history. I want to know more about the aliens and the paranormal the most. These things truly interest me and I feel like there is a cover up going on to prevent us from knowing the truth about these visitors.

For instance there are many accounts and eye witness testimony from people like airplane pilots, astronauts, radars, etc about seeing these things yet we are constantly told that only redneck sheep # are the people who see these things. I'd really like to see this drawing no matter how bad it is. Maybe you could talk to a professional sketch artist and describe it to them and they can draw it for you? I have started to save evidence that people post on this site to my hard drive for later recovery or to help with arguments against the skeptics and I'd like to make your thread and maybe your picture a part of that collection.

hi everyone, I'm new here and would like to say thanks for having me, i love this site as it keeps me fasinated with every post, Ive seen many objects i cant identify but one in particular was a space worm that materialized right in front of me, so i can really relate to this post, there's a certain feeling you get when you witness something that isn't supposed to exist.

I have had instances where I witnessed something I could not rationally explain. But, it still rattles you. One day I hope to post it on here, as they were pretty jarring to me, to say the least.

Wow way to just write off the op's story like its nothing. If the op is telling them truth then I dont remember the last time a star was so bright it awoke me from sleep and shone through the cracks of my shut blinds. I mean if you are going to discredit her at last make a legitimate atempt instead of flat out trolling her...

Whoa... what did I miss?

I have been trying to sketch out the picture, but I get so frustrated with the SHAPE. The only thing I know for certain is the reddish "triangle (missing the bottom line)" light shape on top, was not a solid line and the bottom was not a disc, or saucer, but it was kind of circular. When I sketch it out, it looks JUST like a white saucer with a dotted triangle on top. But that is not how I see it.

Anyways, not sure about the triangular top but for the bottom have you tried using a protractor to get the circular shape right?

speaking of first sightings did anyone see the fireball over california last night, it made me think of the fireball last week in the U.K., it was huge, brought hollywood to mind, quite incredible

Saw it on the news. Looked like a Roman Candle.

I lived out in the the countryside of a city called stockton. anyone whos familiar with that area knows theres alot of weird crap that goes on there and the last thing needed was the skies being trafficed by flying saucers. Anyway i was 10 years old when my dad was driving us over to his girlfriends house for like a movie night it wasnt even that late maybe 8:30 pm, as we are driving through these pitch black back roads into the city we came to a stop light the first one in like 15 miles of back roads to the left of us there was a prison or county jail whatever, it was were people were incarcerated. i was looking at it when i looked up and seen a pretty big somewhat transparrent object hovering over the jail it was rather low too. id never seen anything like it in my life besides on cartoons and movies so due to that i knew exactly what it was I couldnt move i was fixated on it i didnt even want to blink i didnt want to miss a thing so i noticed that all the chit chat stopped and it was dead silent in the car so i finally opened my mouth to say dad and he replied with are you seeing what im seeing and i said above the jail and at that moment it felt like a surge of electric energy passed throught the entire car every hair on our arms face head lifted enough to be like whoa!!!!!!!!!!!!! the saucer backed up and then shot forward just like you see in cartoons it was so mind blowing it left a white streak behind it and just like that it was gone after the shock wore off a little i was like lets get out of here and when we faced forward we noticed the street light was completley out no red yellow or green no other cars no people it was so freaky that was the beginning of it all for me now i see them all the time its like i feel when they are around the same thing with spirits and things like that i feel the energy more then most and iv been told by phycics and rakey healers that i give off a energy or light they are attracted to i wonder sometimes if that electric surge i exspirienced changed something in me or ignited my sensativity cause it wasnt long after my sighting that i became really intuned with things.

to the person with the space worm sighting im right there with you however my sighting wasnt a worm it was what looked like a pearl white jelly fish but without the stinger legs or tenticles not sure what their called but this thing flew right in front of me and my brother a couple of holloweens ago right after seeing this bright orange light in the sky that kept shifting shapes from sirculer to mushroom shapes the thing that freaked me out the most was i could feel it was a living thing it had a sense of direction and it knew we were looking at it . i know exactly how you feel

Last night, the stars were very bright as the sky was very clear. Every time I took my dog outside, I kept looking. Waiting on something. Nothing.

I hope that one day, I will again be able to see such a magnificent sight. Until then, I will revel in experiences from others.
