I'm not the most interesting man in the world. Nor do I play one on T.V.

But I do like Rolling Rock.

Thanks for your research OP. SnF

I personally don't feel the need to avoid GMO but for those who do I have one word, "Homebrew". If distilled spirits is your preferred drink then you can't legally make that at home but I don't think you have to worry because both fluoride and any proteins in the GMO stock should be distilled out.

Thanks for your input.

That definitely sounds like a good idea.
So since both beer and wines are fermented, you can make those at home.
With my luck I'd screw it up.

There is a learning curve but it really isn't that hard. Wines are easier. If someone following the thread feels like trying it out and wants to be sure of what they are using, then the people at Seven Bridges seem to be of like mind.

I'd be more concerned about the proven toxic effects of alcohol than I would be about the possible GMO content. Not that I have a problem with genetic modification anyways, it's the future whether you like it or not (Monsanto I don't like, but that's because of their legal methods).

Yes I agree about the toxic effects of any alcohol. But I already went into that on another thread.
And yes Monsanto is a horrible evil company. All that crap about suing farmers when the seed blew onto their field it's complete bs.
