Juuuuump! Felix Baumgartner's Space jump today (09/10/2012)

JUMP!!!

This man is gonna jump from outta space and hopefully be the first person to break the sound barrier (and hopefully survive)

There is another thread on this, but it was posted in Sept.

I think it's an amazing acheivement, if he makes it. Approx 1hr 20mins to go.

Joseph Kittinger broke the sound barrier with his body in 1959 when he jumped from 19.5 miles up. They've got some cool pictures at Cracked. You'll have to scroll down some it's the number one entry.
