Please note from the OP, that Zelikow, the 9/11 Commission Chairman, who oversaw the ONLY official historical accounting of the events, aside from the NIST report on the destruction of the buildings, which was a mirage because it did not address the actual destruction of the buildings themselves only offering a theory or hypothesis of collapse initiation - envisioned the 9/11 event in a policy paper one year prior to the event itself!

Question: What he psychic? A prophet? He even made mention of the twin towers, and talked about what would happen if the 1990 bombing had been successful. His document is laden with seemingly prophetic references in anticipation of the event, as if it was part of policy.

How do the skeptics and the detractors explain this?

Keep it civil of course, but WTH is going on here that this doesn't raise a whole lot of alarm bells?

I'm also pointing out that it's a policy document, which first imagines the event itself, and then determines what the implications will be in terms of force projection, suspension of civil liberties, etc etc. or what it makes possible for the "relevant ruling class" in terms of a power grab and control of the masses.

It's also interesting and um rather coincidental, is it not, that the same guy who spearheaded the think tank, that included Robert Gates the past Sec Def, which imagined the event before it happened, and included a reference to the twin towers, was the same one, as a master of the use and misuse of "public myth", who oversaw the only official story record of the event itself (the 9/11 report) which is supposed to stand the test of time "even as the experiencing generation passes away" (Zelikow)?
