Sheesh,I just fully read you reply.Your example is totally different.30 and 15? Prosecute the bastard. 18 and 15? Your point isn't even relevant in this case. There is absolutely no need to involve the law in the op's situation.NONE.

You are right and there will not be any law involved, both of these kids are like my own and you dont turn on your own.

I'll just wrap this thread up with a final comment. I chose not to say anything to either one of them but I had my son tell his friend that I know whats up and he is not to even so much as look at her butt while she is my responsibility.
That means from the time she leaves her home to come here till the time she arrives back at her home.
That includes down at the pool, the pier or even riding up to the store.

Thats about the only thing that I could think of while still being reasonable. I try not to be a hard ass, most of the time
