what im saying is.. this youtube vid apparently showing that a US mortar was used is a load of BS.

Who says this is the mortar and the actual shot that did the damage?

US or NATO.
In most cases you can not tell NATO ammo from US rounds.
The real information on who made the round in on the shipping container.

And Turkey is a NATO country and may have got the round from any member of NATO even if it was made in the US

You are correct..... I would think it was more like a false flag attack to stir up Turkish action but they don't have a clue who actually shot it

There is no doubt that the round in the video is American made Army issue. NATO does not make their own rounds.

The video may or may not be actual footage from the people who fired over the border, who knows?

I would like to know why American weapons are in Syria in the first place?

I know a lot of people are aware of the flow of weapons into Syria from America via the CIA. I don't think anyone denies that. My question is why do we sit back and watch this flagrant abuse of power in the region? Syria is a Russian/Chinese territory for the most part since they supply oil to both along with Iran.

We have been allowing the CIA to prance around the middle east causing untold deaths of innocent people and supplying weapons to "Rebels" to overthrow the standing government. WHY?
