Isn't a bonafide law AGAINST something about as clear as you can get when teaching someone NOT to do something?
it is my understanding of Japanese culture that indeed over there females are taught to try to avoid rape (and they have one heck of a high percentage of woman being raped), yet there really is no call for males not to rape.
