Romney says "Corporations are people."

Then maybe theses "people" can be held for murder, vandalism and a whole assortment of other crimes and be given prison for life?

Then I might believe it.

The next time you are out and see a truck or business vehicle with a business name and an LLC behind or under the name... they are a Limited Liability Corporation.

Here is a good example of why LLC is the way to go.

You have a small agro-tourism business... small farm stand, pettting zoo, hay rides, pick a pumpkin patch, etc.

A bus load of school kids visits... one ignores the sign instructing clearly to not climb over or cross or enter into the goat pen.. and does so anyway and is injured when the billy goat feels threatened and charges the child.

The parents sue the school and the small farm/petting zoo...and win. The owners of the petting zoo/ farm stand are not legally and financially impacted... just the LLC business.
