Restaurant Stakeout

Wanted to recommend this show on the Food Network. This show really surpassed my expectations. The promos for the show made it seem contrived and its host buffonish. However the show seems grounded and it host considerate. Its process seems much more genuine then Kitchen Nightmares

I've watched it and it's ok. I like kitchen nightmare better because Gordon Ramsey takes a more hands on approach.
