You might want to have a look at your diet. If you are not eating the right foods to give your body energy then regardless of how much sleep you are
having your body won't work efficiently. Up your protein and consume a range of complex carbs. Lay off the fatty, sugary foods too.
Do you exercise? This is also something that will help you sleep better as well as kick start your metabolism and energy levels. Just don't workout
too close to bed time or you will find it hard to sleep.
So I would suggest you need to look at your diet and lifestyle.
