He talks about being treated harshly and without any common sense, but the part that gets me is when he's talking about the little girl and her father in the security box with him, going through the same mistreatment with ridiculous faulty practices.

- his belongings are taken out of his view and held ransom so he's forced into the advanced security zone

- the idiot doing the explosive residue test touches the door handle with the same glove he used to swab people - no surprise people were turning up positive for anything
