ddx next generation destroyer

Has anybody heard of the ddx its the next generation destroyer intended to replace the arleigh burke class destroyers. Its armed with 80 vls cells, 2 155mm electromagnetic guns, evolved ses sparrow missiles, tactical tomahawk block 4 missiles, and anvanced land attack missiles.
